Hatch further agrees not to sit upon or have any management interest in any competitive or potentially competitive company and further agrees not to be retained or sit upon any other board of directors having unrelated business activities without the consent of the present boards of Profire and FLOZ or until after the non-competition period prescribed by this Agreement.
