Profire Energy, Inc. Completes Lindon Office Build-Out and Offers General Corporate Update

LINDON, UT and EDMONTON, AB -- (Marketwire) -- 03/27/12 -- Profire Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: PFIE) announces the completion of the build-out of its expanded Lindon office. The expansion will accommodate anticipated growth in the U.S. market, provides greater inventory and assembly capabilities and expanded corporate office space. Justin Hatch, who oversaw the build-out, stated, "The completion of our Lindon build-out is an exciting milestone for the Company. We believe this facility will serve as a launch pad for U.S. distribution of our products and provide a platform for service and technical support in the U.S. for current and future clients. The expanded Lindon facility has also been equipped with the tools and resources necessary to make it a hub for new product development."

Profire Energy's board of directors recently issued a mandate to continue to expand the talent and breadth of its employee-base for growth and strategic purposes. Through new hires, the Company will focus on the following areas for development:
